Luthor would win. Yes, the Joker is a crazy motherf*cker but Luthor is the nemesis of Superman (someone who can tear him in pieces like a sheet of paper) and is still alive. Plus when Luthor war president of the USA, he could have use every secret agencies to track down and kill the Joker like he threats Batman to do it with all the bat-family. Even the Batman step aside.

Lex Luthor of course. He is the only one (along with Doomsday) who almost killed the most super of the superheroes - Superman because he knows his wiknesses. He is one of the greatest enemies of Batman too. Apparently however Lex Luthor is more more more clever than Bruce Wayne. That’s why he cannot defeat him. But the Joker is very clever and dangerous villain too. They just express their twisted mind in different way. Lex Luthor is silent, cold, hard-hearted sociopath who wants to kill Superman and all other heroes and all mandkind as well. The Joker is unpredictable, strange-dressed, scary sociopath who’s searching for challenges. He doesn’t want money or something material. He looks for pleasure by killing, stealing and so on.

The Joker. Eventually it comes down to what a person wants is his weakness. Lex’s weakness is money and/or power. The Joker’s weakness for, well, he might stop or kill you if he thinks it’d be funny. Although killing you is usually funnier.

Lex Luthor! The Joker is looking for great men to “play with them” because this gives him satisfaction. He doesn’t want to kill them. He likes killing only ordinary people. So he wouldn’t kill Lex. But Lex Luthor is so cold-hearded that he would kill the Joker without a blink because he doesn’t care who is the Joker and what he wants. He has money and power and superintellect to destroy everyone. The adult Lex has no morality in contrast to the young one who we see in Smallville for example. But we don’t know the origin of the Joker. I think it would be very interesting story :). In my opinion there isn’t more psychotic killers and sociopaths like Lex Luthor and the Joker, no doubt. Even one of my favourites - Dr. Doom - is not so crazy as them.

The Joker fights a guy who can do cool martial arts moves and probably take down ten people at a time. Lex Luthor fights a guy who can rip sky scrapers from their foundation. Who wins this?

Joker’s still an awesome villain though.
