Batman would whip Vader with help from his Batcomputer, probably building an emp to shut down Vaders suit

Batman is the uber-ninja and Vader is the uber(former)jedi which we know is basically a futuristic samurai so…

I say vader cuz lightsaber and force and batman sucks ass cuz he is just a rich guy… He can’t do real damage
